1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the contractual parties arising from the purchase agreement concluded between the seller and the buyer via the seller’s online store (hereinafter referred to as the "online store").

1.2. These conditions do not apply to cases where goods are purchased by legal entities or individuals acting within their business activities.

1.3. The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the purchase agreement. Any changes or deviations must be agreed upon in the contract.

1.4. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version is available on the website and becomes effective upon publication.

 

2. USER ACCOUNT

2.1. The buyer can register a user account to manage their orders. Orders can also be placed without registration.

2.2. The buyer is obliged to provide truthful information during registration and when placing orders. In case of any changes, they must update the data.

2.3. Access to the account is secured by a username and password. The buyer agrees to keep this information confidential.

2.4. The seller reserves the right to cancel a user account if it hasn't been used for over 12 months or if the buyer breaches the terms.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

3.1. The presentation of goods in the online store is for informational purposes and does not constitute an obligation to conclude a purchase agreement.

3.2. The buyer places an order through a form on the website. Before submitting, they can check and edit the information. By submitting, the buyer agrees to the terms.

3.3. The contract is concluded once the seller confirms receipt of the order via email.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. Payment for goods is only possible by credit card via a secure payment gateway on the website.

4.2. Payment must be made at the time of order. Processing begins only after successful payment.

4.3. All prices are in Czech crowns (CZK) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4.4. If the payment system declines the transaction, the order is automatically cancelled. The buyer will be offered the option to retry or contact customer support.

4.5. The seller ensures payment security in accordance with international standards.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.1. The seller delivers goods through selected courier services.

5.2. Shipping costs are shown during the order process and depend on the buyer’s address.

5.3. Delivery time depends on item availability and courier capacity. The seller will inform the buyer of the estimated delivery time.

5.4. The risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

5.5. The seller provides the buyer with a tracking number.

5.6. If the buyer is not present at the specified address, the goods will be returned to the seller. Redelivery costs are borne by the buyer.

6. RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

6.1. The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

6.2. Returns are accepted only if the goods are in original condition, undamaged, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided.

6.3. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY

7.1. The seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

7.2. Personal data is used solely to process orders, provide support, and send marketing messages (with consent).

7.3. The seller does not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law or to fulfil the order (e.g., courier services).

7.4. The buyer has the right to request information about their data, as well as its correction or deletion by contacting the seller.

7.5. SSL encryption is used to protect data during transmission.

7.6. The buyer agrees to keep login credentials confidential. In case of misuse, the seller must be notified immediately.

8. LIABILITY

8.1. The seller is responsible for the quality and conformity of the goods with the description.

8.2. The seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure.

8.3. The seller is not liable for improper use of the goods by the buyer.

8.4. The seller is not liable for lost profits or indirect losses resulting from delivery or processing issues.

9. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

9.1. The seller reserves the right to hold promotions, provide discounts, or bonuses for selected products or buyers.

9.2. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

9.3. The seller reserves the right to terminate or modify promotions without prior notice.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1. Disputes will be resolved amicably whenever possible.

10.2. If no resolution is reached, parties may turn to the court in the seller’s jurisdiction.

10.3. The buyer may also contact consumer protection authorities or use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform.

11. RESALE RESTRICTIONS

11.1. Goods purchased from the online store are intended for personal use only.

11.2. Any resale or commercial use without the seller’s written consent is prohibited.
